YOGURT GELATIN WITH STRAWBERRY SAUCE

We give you this recipe for Yogurt Gelatin with Strawberry Sauce that you can prepare it with natural yogurt and sweeten it with condensed milk. Ingredients



2 liters natural yogurt

1/4 cups walnut

1 cup condensed milk

1 cup Nestle media creama

1 cup Philadelphia® cheese

1/4 cups Rum, coconut flavored

6 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and absorbed

1 cup strawberry, without stems

1 cup condensed milk, for the sauce

2 cups strawberry, chopped, for the sauce

1 cup strawberry, cut into small pieces, to decorate

1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the sauce

Preparation


For gelatine, liquefy the natural yogurt with walnuts, condensed milk, half cream, cream cheese, coconut rum until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Still liquefying, slowly add the gelatin intothe mix .

In a gelatin mold, pour some of the previous mixture, arrange the whole strawberries and fill with the rest of the gelatin carefully so as not to disturb the strawberries. Refrigerate until set and remove from mold.

For the sauce, blend two cups of strawberries with condensed milk and vanilla extract.

Serve the gelatin with the strawberry sauce and decorate with strawberry slices and fresh mint.
